Web Sites

The Bel Mare - A light and airy site built to showcase the Bel Mare condominium in downtown Ocean City.

Buy a Beach Place - A new site built for Realtor Esther Swartz, complete with flash, database-driven listings, and a clean front page with plenty of room for her showcase property, the Indigo.

Captain's Cove Properties - Search for "Captains cove properties" in google and that's exactly what you'll find. Cindy Welsh is actively displaying properties for the growing subdivision in Greenbackville, VA with this CSS-driven site.

Cindy Sells OC - Cindy Purcell loves OC, and we built this site to help her sell it. Database-driven with RE/MAX overtones.

Condos-n-More - William Babkowski was concerned with brand recognition, and a heavily-Prudential-themed site fits the bill. Flash into and the colors attract the eye and then the viewer sees the listings at the bottom of the page.

Day Title - Completely flash-driven navigation sets this site apart from the rest. Built for a local title company that has served the area for many years.

Eastern Shore Houses - Robert Heim's site has a great texture and color scheme, but strong branding remains a constant theme with the RE/MAX logo and stripes that follow you wherever you go.

Enjoy the Shore - Debbie B's site is RE/MAX theme heavy and leaves room for a tour of The Parke at Ocean Pines.

Go2OceanCity - Our new project, Go 2 Ocean City is built to give visitors and potential visitors a chance to check out hotspots in OC. A Google-maps driven interface allows users to point, click, and rate or check ratings of their favorite spots on the island.

Got Sand in my Shoes - Tom Neidenbach has the right idea. Nothin' like beach living. A RE/MAX colored site complete with a flash-based photo show and large database driven listings.

I Help U Eastern Shore - Samantha Wichmann wanted a warm welcome for prospective clients. When you arrive at IHelpUEasternShore, you get a mix of soft colors that we find quite inviting.

Linda Westerside - Linda's site spans the entire width of the screen and is bathed in soft lavender, her trademark color. Flash and database-driven listings.

OC, MD Property - Jack and Joan Walter's site was RealAssist's first Long and Foster agent site. This site is defined by the company colors, as well as the front page listings and flash.

OC Reverse Mortgage - Terry Daly's Reverse-Mortgage site brings together stong and contrasting company colors with a friendly feel.

OwnerFi - Ownerfi is an early front-end for a owner-financed listing database. Listings from all over the US can be found here. Add yours, too if you'd like!

Relaxed Living - A page-wide beachscape background sets this site apart. The banner is blended with the background and the featured properties appear in a small "window" on the front page.

Shorelister - This web site serves as a front-end for the Maryland MLS. Very basic in design, but manages a wealth of data.

Skip Sells OC - Skip Schlesinger's site features the traditional RE/MAX colors outlining a clean structure that organizes a lot of data but is not overwhelming to the viewer.

Terri's Resort Homes - Another Terri, Terri Mahoney, hails from Compass Resort Real Estate. Terri's site colors were inspired by the sunset photo taken of her and her two furry companions.

To Be In OC - 'To Be In OC' is one of our largest projects to date. Serving as the primary website for the RE/MAX Ocean City Brokerage, this site hosts virtual tours, listing databases, agent data, useful local information, and much more.
